What is Discipleship
We define discipleship as growing in our love relationship with God and one another through obedience to Christ and sharing His Word together.
Why Pathways?
We are all on a journey and our growth sometimes requires intentional focus on a particular area or expression of our faith as we trust Jesus and seek to be His witnesses in the world. Each of our pathways has the same flow, and you can jump into the pathway wherever you are and whatever situations the Lord has you in.
Each pathway has the same stages: Begin, Be Known, Build, and Bless.

Every journey begins with a first step. Begin makes that step as simple and accessible as possible by offering several ways to start.
The choice is always yours. Choose one option, take responsibility for your growth, and engage it faithfully. Repeated small steps will help you learn, establish new rhythms, and begin experiencing transformation.

You may begin on your own, but discipleship is not meant to stay there. We grow best alongside believers who know us, listen well, encourage us, and lovingly challenge us toward Jesus.
Each pathway includes accountability questions to help groups share honestly, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and minister to one another. These can be used while working through a resource or alongside the regular Core Questions in a Lifegroup Core Group.
Being known creates space for vulnerability, accountability, encouragement, and deeper growth. Ready to experience discipleship in authentic community?

Growth requires more than good intentions. Build provides resources that help you understand the pathway, develop practical rhythms, and apply what you are learning to everyday life.
These resources can be used individually, but they are most effective when explored with others. Learn together, practice consistently, reflect honestly, and allow God to form lasting change over time.

Discipleship is designed to multiply. Jesus forms us so that we can help others follow Him, sharing what we have learned and received with a world that needs it.
Blessing others is part of discipleship from the beginning. It may look like serving in your Lifegroup or church, encouraging someone personally, sharing a resource you are benefiting from, or inviting others to walk the pathway with your help. Wherever God has placed you, use your growth to help someone else grow.
The pathway does not end here. As we give away what God has formed in us, we recognize new places where we need to begin again. We continue growing so that we can continue blessing others.
